Aircraft wing above a sea of clouds at dawn
Aerospace & Defence · Since the first rivet

Flight is a promise kept on the ground.

Aerolink designs, machines and sustains the structural and electronic systems that keep aircraft — crewed and uncrewed — airborne. Precision structures, avionics integration, UAS airframes and full-lifecycle MRO under one quality system.

We believe a part is only as good as the record that travels with it. Every serial number leaves our floor with a story that can be audited, rebuilt and trusted.

Aerolink is a mid-sized aerospace and defence supplier with machining, electronics and test facilities under one roof. We serve programme offices and primes who need a partner that speaks configuration management as fluently as engineering.

From first-article inspection to return-to-service, our teams work a single digital thread — so quality, compliance and schedule are never held in three different places.

01a · The Digital Thread

Every part tells the same story, everywhere.

01

One configuration

Engineering changes propagate from the model to the work package to the record in a single controlled revision — no island spreadsheets.

02

One measurement

Machine probing, CMM and bench tests write into the same archive as the drawing — so every dimension answers to its nominal.

03

One release

Nothing ships without a dual-signature review. Records follow the asset for the life of the programme — and beyond it.

01 · Capabilities

Four disciplines, one thread.

01

Precision Structures

Five-axis machining of airframe and actuation components in aluminium, titanium and composites — with in-process probing and first-article inspection on every new configuration.

  • Multi-axis machining and turning centres
  • In-process probing with archived measurement data
  • Assembly jigs and tooling designed in-house

Avionics & Electronics

LRU assembly, wire-harness fabrication and functional testing on an ESD-controlled floor — every unit serialised, every test logged, every anomaly dispositioned.

  • ESD-certified assembly and test areas
  • Harness fabrication with automated test verification
  • Full build-record traceability per serial number

03

Unmanned Systems

Composite and metallic airframes for civil and commercial UAS, with payload-bay integration and ground-control interfaces — built to the same documentation standard as our crewed work.

  • Multi-rotor, fixed-wing and VTOL hybrid classes
  • Payload and data-link integration
  • Flight-line assembly and pre-delivery checks

04

MRO & Sustainment

Repair and overhaul of mechanical and electromechanical systems with life-limited-part tracking, configuration control and release paperwork that survives audit.

  • Teardown with photographic evidence at each gate
  • Approved repair schemes and LLP tracking
  • Dual-signature certification before release

02 · Quality & Certification

Certifications you can verify, not just read.

AS9100-series framework

Our quality management system is structured on the AS9100-series requirements for aviation, space and defence: risk-based thinking, configuration management and counterfeit-parts prevention as standard practice.

NADCAP-aligned special processes

Surface finishing, heat treatment and non-destructive testing are managed as special processes — qualified operators, frozen parameters and periodic surveillance.

Supplier & source control

Approved-vendor sourcing, incoming inspection and traceability for every serialised item — electronics included — with audit evidence held for the life of the product.

Certification scopes, issuing bodies and certificate numbers are programme-sensitive and are provided under NDA to qualified enquiries. Contact our quality directorate to verify current status before contracting.

03 · Sustainment

Overhaul, documented end to end.

Six controlled gates carry every asset from induction to release. Nothing moves forward without its paperwork.

GATE 01Receive & Baseline

Incoming inspection, serial verification and configuration baseline locked before induction.

GATE 02Teardown

Controlled disassembly with torque records, defect tags and photographic evidence.

GATE 03Repair / Overhaul

Approved repair schemes, LLP replacement and special-process routing as applicable.

GATE 04Test & Verify

Acceptance testing against approved procedures — witnessed by the customer on request.

GATE 05Certify & Return

Release package compiled, dual-signature review, asset returned with complete records.

04 · Supply Chain & Export Compliance

Regulated trade, handled deliberately.

Aerospace and defence trade is governed by export-control regimes. Our compliance programme is designed to be consistent with applicable controls, including ITAR and EAR where they apply to our commodities and geographies.

Export Controls

Classification before quotation. Screening before shipment. Records after both.

  • Jurisdiction and classification review before every quote
  • Written technology-control and end-use screening procedures
  • Designated compliance officer with independent reporting line
  • Annual employee training with documented attendance
Classification & licences: programme-specific — after compliance review

Supply Chain Integrity

Approved suppliers only. Every serialised item traceable to its source.

  • Supplier qualification with on-site audits for critical processes
  • Country-of-origin and conflict-minerals documentation
  • Counterfeit-parts prevention and suspect-item quarantine
  • Long-term agreements with dual-source options
