Capability

Designed, built and proven under load — in our own works.

Two manufacturing sites, a 14 MW load-test bay and an NDT laboratory mean every unit ships with a test dossier, not a promise. That is why class societies accept our factory certificates without a witnessed re-test.

01 Load-test bay 14 MW / 3.2 MVA

Full-power and part-load runs with fuel-consumption mapping before dispatch.

02 Non-destructive testing UT · MPI · DP · RT

In-house NDT to ISO 9712 with plate-by-plate reports issued to the vessel's file.

03 Reverse engineering & obsolete spares 48 h first scan

3D scanning and pattern-making for equipment whose OEM has left the market.

04 Shore-side project engineering FEED → as-built

Drawings, load calculations, class submission packs and installation supervision.

Technology solutions

Systems that report their own health.

Equipment is only half the answer. Every unit we deliver can ship with monitoring, diagnostics and compliance reporting wired in — so a defect is a work order, not a surprise.

FleetLink™ remote monitoring

Condition-based maintenance

Telemetry from main engines, hydraulics, generators and steering gear streams to our technical desk. Trends are baselined per vessel, so a drifting bearing clearance is flagged weeks before it becomes an idle ship — and the engineer arrives with the part.

HybridDrive & emissions retrofit

Decarbonisation without a newbuild

Battery-hybrid, shaft-generator and shore-power packages sized against your real load profile — modelled from voyage data, not a sales sheet. Typical port-operations saving on a mid-size PSV is 18–26% of fuel burn, with the compliance file assembled for submission alongside it.
