Talk to a pharmacistYes. Upload a photo or PDF of your valid script, or forward your e-script, and a registered pharmacist will review it before dispensing. Schedule 4 and 8 medicines still require the original script at collection, and we'll tell you clearly before you pay.
Shelf products are ready within 2 hours at 412 stores. Prescriptions take up to 4 hours if a pharmacist review is needed. You'll get a text and an email the moment your order is bagged and waiting.
Walk-ins are welcome at all vaccinating stores, seven days a week, but booking online saves you the wait. Plus and Plus Family members get priority slots and can book a whole household in one appointment.
You earn 1 point per $1 on eligible purchases, and Plus members earn 2. Every 200 points converts to a $10 reward you can spend in store or online. Points stay active as long as you shop with us at least once every 12 months.
Instantly. Your script history travels with your MedPlus+ account, so you can collect at Riverside on Monday and Northgate on Friday. Just select a different store at checkout — we'll handle the transfer between branches.
Sixty-two MedPlus stores trade 24 hours, including Riverside. Outside those hours, our 1800 555 1200 line is staffed by pharmacists until 11pm daily, with an on-call pharmacist overnight for urgent medication questions.
