Retail & e-commerce
Containerised and consolidated inbound, plus order-level fulfilment: pick, pack, label, ship and return — with inventory visible in the same view as freight.
Ocean · Air · Land · Customs
Nordline is an enterprise logistics partner for organisations that value process over noise — ocean, air, road, warehousing and customs, managed with the same calm discipline from first booking to final delivery.

Services
Each service runs on the same operating rhythm: documented process, named owner, visible milestones. No hand-offs into the dark.
FCL and LCL programmes across major trade lanes — rate negotiation, space protection and sailing schedules managed by a dedicated desk.
Express, consolidated and charter options for time-critical cargo — pre-booking, arrival alerts and honest recovery plans.
Cross-border trucking, intermodal rail and last-mile distribution connecting ports, hubs and final addresses.
Bonded and general storage, pick-and-pack, e-commerce fulfilment and returns — inventory in the same view as freight.
Classification, documentation and clearance for imports and exports — compliance handled before cargo reaches the border.

Network
We maintain a focused set of gateway lanes rather than a sprawl of thin routes. The list below is schematic — full coverage, frequencies and transit benchmarks are provided per enquiry.
Request the lane guideOcean gateway service with bonded warehousing at destination.
Transpacific ocean with airfreight options and destination brokerage.
Air service for time-critical cargo with pre-booked capacity.
Transatlantic coverage with consolidation and door-to-door options.
Cross-border trucking and intermodal links between key regional hubs.

Operating rhythm
Every shipment — regardless of mode, lane or size — passes through the same five gates. Each gate has a named owner, a written checklist and a timestamp. Nothing drifts between steps.
Commodity class, deadlines, compliance touchpoints and constraints are confirmed in writing before any rate is quoted. We would rather decline a booking than discover its risks mid-voyage.
Routing options, transit benchmarks and costs are laid out side by side — with the trade-offs named, not hidden. You choose between speed, cost and resilience with the numbers in front of you.
Booking, collection, gate-in and departure are confirmed as they happen, not in a weekly digest. Exceptions are raised within the hour, with a recovery option attached — never a bare apology.
Milestones are monitored against the plan while cargo is in motion. Every variance gets a cause and a corrected ETA — so the number you read is the number we are held to.
Delivery, proof-of-delivery and the full document pack are issued within one business day of handover — then the file is reviewed once more, so the next shipment starts cleaner than the last.
Each gate is recorded in the shipment file — the same file you may inspect at any time. No black boxes.
Solutions
Every sector has its own physics: temperature curves, load tolerances, clearance regimes, reverse flows. These are the working practices we run day to day — not a slide deck of aspirations.
Containerised and consolidated inbound, plus order-level fulfilment: pick, pack, label, ship and return — with inventory visible in the same view as freight.
Oversized, heavy and fragile machinery moving under engineered lift plans — route surveys, permits and escorting arranged before anything leaves the ground.
Temperature-controlled air and ocean under GDP-aligned handling — qualified lanes, data loggers, and intervention plans for excursions while in motion.
Just-in-sequence parts, knocked-down vehicle kits and finished units — sequenced deliveries into plant lines, with damage-free handling procedures audited by default.
Site-bound logistics for energy and infrastructure: chartering, heavy-lift coordination, laydown management and staged delivery to remote sites on schedule windows.
Reefer ocean, cool-chain air and short-shelf-life road: pre-trip inspections, cold-chain handovers and shelf-life reporting from packing house to shelf.
Working in a sector not listed here? Describe the cargo — if we cannot do it properly, we will say so plainly.
Facilities
Warehousing only earns its keep when the inventory view is as reliable as the freight view. Our hubs run bonded and general storage under one operating standard, with the same reporting discipline.

Compliance
Frameworks are only useful when they are auditable. Each standard below corresponds to a documented management system — the current certificate status, scope and expiry for any of them are confirmed in writing before contract, and the documents are attached on request.
About certification claims
This demo page describes the frameworks our documented systems are aligned with. No statement here confirms that any specific certificate is currently held — certification scope, expiry and coverage are confirmed in writing before contract.
Forwarding, warehousing and brokerage under one quality system.
Emissions, waste and energy targets per site and per lane.
Warehouse, dock and transport operations safety system.
Customs simplification and supply-chain security status.
Security criteria across origin, transit and destination.
Asset-protection requirements for cargo facilities and trucks.
Accredited agency status for global airfreight bookings.
Pharma handling under qualified temperature-controlled lanes.
Container weight verification as part of standard origin checks.
Questions, answered
The questions we hear before a first shipment — with the answers we would give in a first meeting.
It means the reliability shows up in the file, not the slogan. Every shipment has a documented plan, a named owner and visible milestones. When something varies, you are told within the hour — with the corrected ETA and the option we recommend, not a wait-and-see message. Reliability without theatre is simply discipline, held in writing.
Yes — across ocean, air and road where the class, packing group and lane allow it. Every DG shipment is prepared by qualified staff against the current IMDG, IATA-DGR or ADR edition, with declared documentation reviewed twice before acceptance. If a lane or class sits outside our authorisations, we say so and point you to a specialist rather than improvising.
The lanes on this page are our maintained gateways, not the limit of our coverage. Partnerships extend our reach into secondary corridors, and ad-hoc routes are quoted case by case. Send the origin, destination and cargo through the RFQ form and we will return either a workable design or an honest "not for us" — usually within one business day.
You are told, with the cause and the corrected plan. Missed milestones are not smoothed over in the weekly report — they trigger a same-day exception note from the desk owner, a recovery option (rebooking, rerouting or hold-and-resume), and a closing review so the failure mode is addressed, not repeated.
Yes. Our hubs run order-level pick, pack, label and ship — including marketplace label formats, batch wave picking and returns processing. Fulfilment sits in the same reporting view as inbound freight, so stock in transit and stock on the shelf are finally one number.
As your property, not ours to trade. Commercial data is accessed on a need-to-know basis, access is logged, and systems are configured so a single lane owner never holds the whole picture alone. Our data-handling terms, retention schedule and sub-processor list are attached to the first contract — before you share anything beyond an enquiry.
Nothing. An RFQ submission starts a scoping conversation — we qualify the cargo, design the routing options and return a written proposal. If we conclude we are not the right partner for the shipment, we tell you that too, and save you the cost of finding out mid-voyage.

Modes, lanes and service levels all start from the same place: what is moving, from where, and by when. Describe it once and we will return a scoped proposal — or a straight answer that we are not the right partner.
