Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00. Arriving early? Leave your bags with us and use the sea deck, pool and spa changing rooms from 11:00 at no charge. Late checkout until 15:00 is $60, subject to availability — just ask at the desk the night before.
Breakfast for two at The Salt Room is included in every rate, served 07:00 – 11:00, with à la carte dishes as well as the buffet. Vegan, gluten-free, halal and nut-free menus are standard. Tell us when you book — or in the notes field above — and the kitchen will plan around you, including separate preparation areas for serious allergies.
A private transfer takes about 40 minutes and is complimentary on stays of four nights or more (otherwise $75 each way). Share your flight number when booking and the driver will track it — if you are delayed, the car waits. There is also a scheduled hotel shuttle at 10:00, 14:00 and 18:00 daily, free of charge.
On flexible rates you may cancel or move your dates free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival; after that the first night is charged. Advance-purchase rates are non-refundable but may be moved once, subject to a rate difference. No card is required to send the request above — we only ask for payment details once you confirm the room. Cancellations caused by severe weather or official travel advisories are always refunded in full.
Yes — 400 metres of private shoreline, reserved for guests, with loungers, umbrellas and cold towels provided. The heated infinity pool and sea deck are open 07:00 – 21:00, and the pool is supervised daily from 09:00 – 18:00. Kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear are free to borrow; reef trips, sailing and diving can be arranged through the concierge.
Children of all ages are welcome. Cots are free, extra beds are $50 per night, and the kids' club runs 09:00 – 17:00 in high season with a supervised beach programme. Well-behaved dogs up to 15 kg stay for $40 per night and receive a bed, bowls and a welcome treat; they are welcome everywhere except the spa and the beach club restaurant.
November to March brings the calmest water, clear skies and daytime highs around 24°C — our driest, most settled stretch. April and October are quieter and excellent value. July to September is warmer and livelier, with the sunset sails at their best, but expect occasional afternoon showers. Peak weeks (Christmas, New Year and Lunar New Year) sell out three to four months ahead.
