Fresh Produce
The heart of the market — whatever the season gives, straight from the morning pick.
- Leafy greens & herbs
- Root vegetables
- Seasonal fruit
- Mushrooms & wild picks
Greenvale is a fresh food market grown from the farms around it — seasonal produce, honest growers and market deals worth the early alarm.
Morning pick at the Greenvale growers’ yard.
We started as a folding table at the farm gate. Today Greenvale runs market days across the region, but the rule has never changed: if we can buy it from a grower nearby, we do.
Produce arrives on the morning van, not from a cold room — you can taste the difference.
We buy what the season gives, so menus and boxes change with the weather — the way they should.
You’ll meet the people behind the produce — many of them stand behind the stall themselves.
Hover or tap a card to flip it and see what lands on each counter this season.
The heart of the market — whatever the season gives, straight from the morning pick.
Sourdough from the wood oven, preserves from the county line and everything your larder asks for.
Milk in returnable bottles, butter churned a valley over, and eggs with the farm name on the box.
The sensible shelf — refill stations, plastic-free swaps and cleaning goods that don’t cost the earth.
Market days move through the region each week. Pick a month to see what the season brings to every stall.
Choose a month — the counters and produce boxes follow this calendar.
High summer: heirloom tomatoes, soft fruit, sweet corn, courgette flowers and basil by the bunch.
Deals change with the harvest. If it’s on the board, it’s on the stall — while it lasts.
Spend at any market day and we stamp your card. Fill a row and the rewards start — no apps, no forms, just a card in your pocket.
Choose a size, switch things in or out, and pick a delivery day. Boxes are packed the morning they travel.
We sell on behalf of the growers around us. If you farm, bake or bottle nearby, our stall board has room — ask about trade rates and standing orders for cafes and restaurants.
Riverbank valley
Three generations of soil knowledge, now supplying our leaf and root counters six days a week.
North Fields
Strawberries to gooseberries, picked by hand the morning of every summer market day.
Old Mill lane
Stone-milled flour and a wood oven lit at four in the morning — the sourdough never makes it past noon.
Early starts, honest graft and a team that shares the last loaf. We train, we promote from within, and we pay properly.
Run a market day end to end — build the stall, greet the regulars, close the till.
