Integrated EPC Delivery — Single Point of Responsibility

One contract.
Design to commissioning.

Blueprint EPC unites engineering, procurement and construction under a single agreement — so scope, schedule and budget are owned by one accountable team from first sketch to final handover.

Capabilities

Six disciplines, one accountable contract

From a single production line to a complete facility, our integrated teams carry every discipline needed to take a project from feasibility to a fully operational asset.

/ 01

Engineering & Design

Feasibility studies, front-end engineering design (FEED), detailed engineering and 3D modelling that fix scope, specification and constructability before a single order is placed.

FEEDBIMDetailed Design
/ 02

Procurement & Supply Chain

Spec-driven sourcing, vendor prequalification, expediting and inspection across global supply markets — with logistics sequenced to match the construction schedule.

SourcingInspectionLogistics
/ 03

Construction Management

Site establishment, scheduling, cost control and supervision under one integrated programme — with daily progress reporting that keeps every stakeholder aligned.

/ 04

Mechanical & Electrical

HVAC, power distribution, fire protection, plumbing and building automation — engineered, installed, tested and commissioned as one coordinated M&E package.

HVACPowerFire & Life Safety
/ 05

Civil & Structural

Earthworks, foundations, structural steel and reinforced concrete for industrial plants, logistics hubs and commercial facilities — built to local code and geotechnical reality.

Operations & Maintenance

Post-handover O&M support, planned preventive maintenance and 24/7 emergency response keep the assets we deliver performing long after commissioning.

The five-phase EPC journey

A disciplined sequence that locks scope early, buys intelligently and builds safely. Each phase closes with a formal gate review before the next begins.

GATE REVIEWS 05 PROGRESS TRACKING LIVE CONTRACT MODEL LUMP-SUM / FIDIC

Feasibility & Concept GATE 1 — GO / NO-GO

Site appraisal, regulatory scan, budget estimation and risk register. We confirm the project is buildable, licensable and bankable before design spend ramps up.

  • Site appraisal
  • Budget estimate
  • Risk register
  • Regulatory scan

Engineering & Design GATE 2 — DESIGN FREEZE

FEED through to detailed design and coordinated BIM models. Specifications, datasheets and drawing packages are issued for approval and become the basis of procurement.

  • FEED package
  • Detailed design
  • BIM coordination
  • Specification issue

Procurement & Fabrication GATE 3 — ORDER RELEASE

Prequalified vendors receive approved specifications. We expedite, inspect at source and sequence deliveries so materials arrive when the site is ready — never before.

  • Vendor prequalification
  • Source inspection
  • Expediting
  • Staged logistics

Construction & Commissioning GATE 4 — ACCEPTANCE

Supervised construction to issued-for-construction drawings, followed by systems testing, pre-commissioning and performance trials against the acceptance criteria.

  • IFC construction
  • Systems testing
  • Pre-commissioning
  • Performance trials

Handover & O&M GATE 5 — CLOSEOUT

As-built documentation, operator training and a structured handover. Our O&M team then provides planned maintenance and emergency response for the asset lifecycle.

  • As-built records
  • Operator training
  • Structured handover
  • O&M support
Why EPC

When design, buying and building sit in one room, the interfaces disappear — and so do the delays they cause.

Interface management is where most projects lose time and money. Integrated delivery removes the gaps between designer, buyer and builder, replacing finger-pointing with a single point of responsibility.

HSE & Quality

Safety, quality and environment — built into the programme

Every site runs on a management system where hazards are assessed before work starts, quality is checked at source and on site, and environmental impact is measured, not assumed.

Health & Safety

A zero-harm culture governed by permit-to-work, toolbox talks and daily site inspections, with stop-work authority available to every person on site.

  • Permit-to-work system
  • Daily toolbox briefings
  • Stop-work authority for all
  • Subcontractor HSE induction

Quality Assurance

Inspection and test plans for every trade, vendor surveillance at source and a documented punch-list process — so defects are closed, not carried.

  • ITP for every trade
  • Vendor source surveillance
  • Documented punch lists
  • Material traceability

Environment

Waste segregation, dust and noise control, and erosion protection as standard site practice — with environmental performance reported alongside schedule and cost.

  • Waste segregation
  • Dust & noise control
  • Erosion protection
  • Environmental reporting
Management Systems

Our management systems are modelled on the ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 occupational health & safety frameworks. Certification scope and status for each legal entity is confirmed during prequalification.

Tender & Cooperation

How to tender with us

Owners, developers and joint-venture partners follow a simple prequalification path. Early engagement — before design freeze — is where an EPC partner adds the most value.

  1. 01

    Share the brief

Send your feasibility study, site information or even a one-page concept. We respond within five working days.

  2. 02

    Prequalification

We exchange credentials, financial standing and track record, then sign an NDA covering your project data.

  3. 03

    Budget offer & proposal

A phased proposal with a Class 4 estimate, programme and risk allocation for your review.

  4. 04

    Contract & mobilisation

Contract award, design team mobilisation and a joint kick-off — the five-phase journey begins.

Supplier Registration

Build with us

We qualify vendors on capability, quality systems and delivery reliability — not on relationships. Registered suppliers are invited to quote on live packages matched to their speciality.

  • Package-matched invitations

Receive RFQs only for categories you register and can actually supply.

  • Transparent evaluation

Bids are scored on published criteria: compliance, quality, price, delivery.

  • Fair payment terms

Milestone-linked payment schedules agreed in writing before works begin.
