You pick the jurisdiction. We offer residency in 14 regions including the EU, UK, US, Singapore and Hong Kong, with all data encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Scale customers can bring their own keys.

We never throttle you mid-month. Overage is billed at a published per-GB rate with a hard budget cap you set yourself, and we'll email you before you approach it. Upgrade prorates the difference to the day.
