01 — What we do

Four disciplines,
one standard.

We self-perform structure, concrete and carpentry, and hold standing frameworks with the electrical, mechanical and civil trades we have used for over a decade. That means one contract, one programme and one crew accountable for the result.

  • Custom & architect-led homes
  • Townhouse & low-rise infill
  • Extensions & second storeys

02 — Selected work

Delivered, handed over,
and standing.

A cross-section of the last four years: a commercial tower, a hilltop residential terrace, a cable-stayed crossing, a steel refurbishment and a live-traffic interchange.

03 — Zero harm

Everyone goes home.
Every shift.

Safety is not a section of the tender document. It is the first item on every programme, the last item on every toolbox talk, and the reason we can still say we have never had a fatality in forty-seven years of trading.

WeeklyIndependent site audits
  • Stop-work authority for everyone — any worker, any trade, no questions asked and no cost to them.
  • A written method statement before mobilisation, reviewed by the crew that will actually do the work.
  • Daily pre-start checks on plant, edge protection and lifting gear, logged and auditable.
  • Subcontractors hold the same insurance and certification we do — verified before they set foot on site.
  • Incidents reported to the client within 12 hours, with a corrective action attached.
  • Mental health first aiders on every site, because the injury that ends a career is not always physical.

04 — Plant & equipment

We own what
we operate.

Sixty-two items of owned plant, serviced on a fixed cycle by our own fitters. No hire-yard queue in the morning, no third-party operator on the critical path — and a machine that our own crews have signed off.

05 — How we work

Three steps, no surprises.

01

Scope & estimate

Site walk, survey and buildability review. You get a line-item estimate with provisional sums called out, not buried — usually within ten working days.

02

Build & report

One project manager, one weekly report with photographs, programme percentage and any variation raised before the work is done, never after.

03

Handover & warranty

As-built drawings, O&M manuals, commissioning records and a defects period we actually answer the phone during. Ten-year structural warranty as standard.

06 — Who runs it

The people who sign
the drawings.

Four directors, all of whom came up through the trades. You will meet them at tender, and you will still be meeting them on site in month fourteen.
