Signature Zen Massage Most booked
Our founding ritual. Long, slow strokes with warmed sesame and sweet almond oil, moving through the back, shoulders, legs and scalp. Pressure is yours to set — from feather-light to deep.
Warm stone, running water and quiet green. Twelve treatment rooms, a thermal suite and a garden bath house — built for the slow exhale you have been postponing.
We built Zen Spa Retreat around a single idea: that the body heals at the pace of the breath, not the pace of the schedule. Nothing here is rushed — not the warm welcome tea, not the oil, not the fifteen unhurried minutes in the quiet room after your treatment.
Our therapists train in both classical Eastern bodywork and modern clinical facials, and every protocol begins with a short consultation so the ritual is yours, not a script. Products are botanical, fragrance-honest and never tested on animals; linens are organic cotton; the water is filtered and the rooms are kept warm.
Cold-pressed oils, mineral-rich clays and plant stem-cell actives, formulated in small batches.
No double-booking, no sharing a room. Your therapist stays with you from welcome tea to closing breath.
Every ritual closes with warm tea, fruit and a quiet room — twenty minutes you are welcome to keep.
Three families of ritual — massage, facial and body — each available in 60 or 90 minutes. All treatments include access to the thermal suite on the day of your visit.
Please arrive 20 minutes early — the consultation and welcome tea are part of the ritual, not an extra.
Our founding ritual. Long, slow strokes with warmed sesame and sweet almond oil, moving through the back, shoulders, legs and scalp. Pressure is yours to set — from feather-light to deep.
Firm, sustained work through the shoulders, neck and lower back for bodies that sit, lift or travel too much. Includes a warm compress and passive stretching.
Smooth basalt stones, heated to 52°C, laid along the spine and worked into the muscles. Profoundly grounding — the one guests fall asleep during most often.
Begins with a scent consultation. We blend three essential oils to your mood — calm, clarity or restore — then work them through the body with slow, rhythmic pressure.
A warm salt soak, mineral scrub and reflexology-led massage. The kindest thing you can do for yourself after a long-haul flight or a full day on your feet.
Every facial opens with a skin reading under magnification, so the protocol is chosen for today's skin — not last month's.
Double cleanse, gentle enzymatic exfoliation, lymphatic face and neck massage, then a clay-and-algae mask. Finishes with serum, eye cream and SPF. Skin looks rested within the hour.
Layered hyaluronic serums, a cooling hydrogel mask and a long facial-pressure sequence. Built for tight, dull or travel-stressed skin that drinks moisture and still feels dry.
Salicylic resurfacing, painless extraction, a kaolin and zinc mask, and blue-light calming. Reduces congestion without stripping the barrier — no tight, squeaky finish.
Peptide and vitamin-C actives, gua sha sculpting along the jaw and cheekbone, plus microcurrent to tone the facial muscles. Visible lift, entirely needle-free.
Deep-cleansing, exfoliation and a cooling aloe mask designed for skin that is shaved, sun-exposed or simply neglected. Includes a scalp and neck massage.
Body rituals include the bath house and steam room. Please tell us about pregnancy, allergies or recent surgery when you book.
Full-body salt and sweet almond scrub, rinsed under a warm rain shower, then sealed with shea and jojoba butter. Skin is silk for days.
Warm marine algae is painted on and the body cocooned in thermal linens. A scalp massage runs while you rest; the rinse, frankly, feels like the tide.
Volcanic mud with mineral-rich thermal water, wrapped and left to draw, then a warm oil massage of the back, shoulders and legs.
A seated practice in the garden pavilion: slow breathing, then a Tibetan singing-bowl sequence led across the body. No experience required, no flexibility required.
Three journeys that stack our most-loved rituals into a single unhurried visit. Each includes thermal suite access, robe and slippers, and the quiet room afterwards.

Your treatment includes the run of the house. Most guests spend an hour here before their ritual and another after it — and we encourage it.
The first room you enter and the last one you want to leave. Deep armchairs, filtered water, herbal tea and a view onto the courtyard palms through full-height glass.
A 78°C cedar sauna, a eucalyptus steam room and a cold plunge, arranged in a traditional three-stage circuit.
Rain showers, a warm mineral soaking bath and changing suites stocked with robes, slippers and everything you forgot to bring.
Two couples' suites with side-by-side tables, ten singles — every one with independent climate control, dimmable lighting and a curated soundscape.
A Zen Spa Retreat gift card is redeemable against any treatment, package or product in the boutique, and it never expires. Choose an amount and we will email a designed card — or send a letterpress card in the post at no charge.
We ask every guest for honest words after their first visit. These are unedited, and we have kept the ones that mention the wait list.
I have been to spas on four continents and this is the first one where I did not check my phone once. The consultation before the massage was fifteen minutes long. Nobody has ever asked me that many questions about my own shoulders.
The hot stone treatment is worth the trip on its own, but what sold me was the cold plunge and sauna circuit. I booked a half-day and stayed until closing. My lower back has not felt this good in three years.
My skin genuinely calmed down for the first time in months after the clay purge — and they did not try to sell me six products on the way out. Only complaint is that weekend slots go fast, so book well ahead.
Same-day appointments are often available on weekdays before noon. Weekend rituals book out roughly two weeks ahead — so if you have a date in mind, send it now.
