The house standard

A lounge that behaves like a fine hotel

Most lounges are a fridge and a coffee urn. Ours are built around three things we refuse to compromise on: real cooking in a real kitchen, service that arrives before you ask, and rooms quiet enough to take a call or lose an hour of sleep.

  • Chef's kitchen firing from 05:30 to last departure — never a buffet line.
  • Six shower suites with Malin+Goetz amenities, steam press and shoeshine.
  • Fibre Wi-Fi, power at every seat, and eight acoustically sealed work booths.
  • Boarding calls tracked against your flight — we walk you to the gate if you're late.

Chef's kitchen & à la carte

An open pass with two chefs on shift, an all-day pantry, and a rotating regional menu that changes with the city you are standing in.

Champagne cellar & tea house

Forty-eight labels by the glass, a barrel-aged house negroni, and a gongfu tea service poured properly — never in a paper cup.

Spa showers & pressing

Six marble shower suites, heated towels, amenity kits and a 20-minute steam press so you land ready for the meeting.

Quiet booths & sleep pods

Eight sealed work booths with wired audio, four reclining sleep pods behind a curtain, and a strict no-calls library.

Gate escort & transfer desk

Immigration fast-track, buggy transfers, chauffeur booking and a host who will collect you when boarding is closing.

Members' programme

Three tiers from eight annual visits to unlimited access with a bearer card, guest rights and a dedicated host.
