02 — The fleet

Nine aircraft, one maintenance standard

We keep light singles for the harbour work and twin-engine aircraft for the long legs and over-water routes. Every hull is maintained in-house by our Part-145 approved workshop.

04 — Safety

Nothing we fly is worth a shortcut

We are a commercial air transport operator, not an experience reseller. Our pilots are employed by SkyLine, our maintenance is done in our own hangar, and our operations manual is audited every year.

Commercial AOC

Air operator certificate for commercial air transport with helicopters — passenger, charter and aerial work ratings.

Part-145 workshop

Line and base maintenance in-house, with an approved continuous airworthiness programme and OEM parts only.

Pilot experience

Minimum 1,500 command hours to join us, 2,000 for the island routes, with annual simulator and line checks.

Weather discipline

Visual conditions only, with defined wind, cloud-base and visibility minimums for every corridor we fly.

  1. Manifest checkNames, weights and identification are checked against the load sheet before boarding — no exceptions, no add-ons at the door.
  2. Weight and balanceEvery flight is loaded to a computed centre of gravity; guests over 110 kg are seated by the pilot.
  3. Safety briefingDoors, harnesses, rotor awareness, headsets and the signal to stop — given on the ground, in your language.
  4. Live decision-makingYour pilot holds authority to shorten, divert or cancel a flight at any point. Weather is monitored every 30 minutes.

Seats are limited by weight as well as number. Tell us at booking if any guest is over 110 kg or if you need a wheelchair-accessible transfer — we will plan the aircraft around it, not the other way round.

05 — Booking

Send the request and the flight desk replies within two hours during operating time with a confirmed slot, your pilot's name and the exact departure time. Pay on the day or by link — your choice.

No card required to request. Free changes up to 24 hours before departure.

Request received

Thank you — the flight desk has your request and will confirm the slot by email within two hours of opening.

412 verified reviews · 96% of guests rate the briefing as “clear and calm”
Reviews collected by email 24 hours after each flight.

“We flew the island route with my parents, who were both nervous. The pilot spent ten minutes with them on the ground and they were laughing by the second island. I have never seen them enjoy anything that much.”

“We host clients three or four times a year and this is the first thing that has ever stopped conversation completely. Booking was done in one email chain, invoiced the same day.”
Marcus Tan

“I shoot architecture for a living and I am fussy about access. Door-off, banking over the harbour at golden hour, and the pilot re-positioned twice so I could get a clean frame.”
Richard Halloran

“We cancelled on the morning because of low cloud and they moved us to the next evening without a word about fees. That is how you earn a returning guest.”
