PLC & MOTION
Part no. BS-CNTRL-01
Control architecture for lines and cells: controller selection, IO topology, drive sizing and structured code with revision history.
Drawing No. AUT-2026-01 · Rev C
Blueprint Systems treats every automation project like an engineering drawing: dimensioned, revisioned and signed off. PLC cabinets, robot cells, vision stations, AMR routes and digital twins — specified before they are built, verified before they ship.

Part no. BS-CNTRL-01
Control architecture for lines and cells: controller selection, IO topology, drive sizing and structured code with revision history.
Part no. BS-ARM-02
Payload-class selection, reach studies, end-of-arm tooling and cycle simulation for tending, palletising and assembly.
Part no. BS-VIS-03
Lighting, lensing, camera selection and reject logic for gauging, presence and code reading — specified as a station, not a camera.
Part no. BS-MOB-04
Fleet sizing, traffic rules, charging layout and MES handshakes for mobile robots in your existing aisles.
Part no. BS-TWIN-05
A live mirror of the line for what-if studies, virtual commissioning and operator training — kept in sync with the real asset.
Part no. BS-SAF-06
Risk assessment, safety PLC logic, guarding layout and the CE technical file — drafted in the same set as the automation.
Delivery process
Process — 05 gates
On-site study, functional specification and the first drawing set — everything the project must do, in writing.
Rev A issuedElectrical schematics, mechanical layout, safety concept and component selection, dimensioned and cross-checked.
Rev B issuedPanel assembly, machining and control code, all against the approved revisions — changes raise a new revision, always.
As-built loggedFactory acceptance against the spec, then site acceptance against the spec — signed by your engineer and ours.
Certificates signedAs-built dossier, operator training and a support plan — the drawing set stays live for the life of the machine.

Sectors — 04
Assembly, welding and traceability automation for OEMs and tier suppliers, documented to program standards.
Precision handling and inspection for boards and devices where tolerance is measured in microns.
Washdown-rated handling and packing systems engineered for hygiene, cleanability and fast changeover.
AMR fleets, palletising and sortation control drawn to your aisle map — not a catalog layout.
Acceptance criteria
Every acceptance criterion is agreed in the functional specification before design begins, then verified at FAT and SAT. What is not measured is not accepted.
Criteria shown are examples from a typical specification. Your project's values are set from your own baseline study — we never import industry averages.
| Parameter | Criterion (example) | Gate |
|---|---|---|
| Cycle time | Matches agreed takt, no more than ± buffer | FAT |
| First-pass yield | Baseline improvement, per-part verified | SAT |
| Changeover | Recipe switch within agreed window | FAT |
| Safety functions | Performance level verified per ISO 13849 principles | SAT |
| Uptime | Run-test under production conditions | SAT |
| Documentation | As-built dossier complete before handover | G5 |
Safety & compliance
Every machine leaves with its technical file: risk assessment, schematics, component certificates and the declaration path for CE marking.
Machines engineered and documented to Machinery Directive requirements — declaration path included in the file.
Doc: Technical file · Declaration of Conformity (path)
Design, delivery and service workflows structured on ISO 9001 quality management principles.
